Top Monitoring Responsibilities
- Monitor proprietary and third-party systems for performance, file transfers, and connectivity.
- Track FIX messages and line connectivity, ensuring all client communication channels remain stable.
- Detect, escalate, and resolve issues related to data aggregation and file transformation services.
- Maintain application availability during global trading hours (APAC, EMEA, and NOAM).
Key Job Functions
- Proactively monitor client environments to ensure seamless operations.
- Verify system uptime before and after market trading sessions.
- Troubleshoot FIX connectivity issues and take corrective actions.
- Collaborate with clients to gather technical requirements and provide timely updates.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and streamline team processes.
- Assist in developing repeatable, efficient implementation plans for new projects.
- Build strong client relationships through consistent communication and support.
- Provide expertise to internal teams and assist with escalated technical issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
