Job Description
As an Information Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s Information Governance and Data Privacy initiatives. This position requires working closely with multiple business units and corporate teams to ensure compliance with data management standards and legal frameworks.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing policy exception requests for SharePoint, OneDrive, email retention, and event recording.
- Providing guidance to internal teams on information governance policies and records retention.
- Supporting implementation and yearly management of governance frameworks.
- Assisting in data privacy compliance for APAC projects.
- Performing operational reviews and maintaining the Information Governance inbox.
- Contributing to additional compliance and privacy-related projects as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information management, law, business, or related fields.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
