Role Summary
As a Quality Control Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, reconciling client transactions, and managing daily business-as-usual (BAU) operations. This position involves close collaboration with global business partners and offers exposure to financial data systems and analytical reporting tools.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform quality control checks for data processed within the WSO environments.
- Process trade settlements, new borrowings, rollovers, pay downs, and commitment reductions while maintaining accuracy standards.
- Accurately process daily activity including deal closings, restructures, and amendments across asset classes (Loans, Bonds, ABS, Equities, CDS).
- Review and reconcile interest, commitment fees, and discrepancies in financial records.
- Generate and validate system reports to monitor data accuracy and identify exceptions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and maintain service-level timelines.
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred).
- Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience in finance or data operations.
