Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and analyze functional specifications (As-Is and To-Be) using GPS (Global Process Structure)
- Capture business requirements from various stakeholders and convert them into clear user stories or business artefacts
- Organize and conduct workshops to gather functional requirements and design future-state processes
- Ensure user stories and requirements map accurately to the correct business processes
- Define and validate acceptance criteria for all user stories
- Map business requirements to product KPIs and ensure tracking mechanisms exist
- Collaborate with development teams to implement measurement capabilities where required
- Analyze measured data and work with product managers to propose improvements to global processes driven by the product
- Support development teams in designing solutions based on documented requirements
- Provide clear and actionable user stories for developers to build and deliver technology solutions
- Assist in rolling out completed products to end users and business teams
- Ensure product functionalities align with business expectations, KPIs, and compliance requirements
- Review business processes regularly to identify optimizations and digital transformation opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to integrate multiple systems and balance the needs of diverse teams
- Experience preparing and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ability to prepare and deliver training sessions post successful UAT cycles
- Provide post–go-live support and help identify new requirements or product enhancements
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends, tools, and process methodologies
- Ability to step in for Product Manager, Head of Product, or Scrum Master when required
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of Agile processes and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to write meaningful documentation, reports, and process flows
