Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via email and phone professionally and efficiently.
- Gather and validate all relevant information required for processing vendor invoices and JLC from requestors or department SPOCs.
- Ensure process adherence in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist in SOP updates.
- Perform month-end reconciliations and financial checks to ensure accurate accounting closure.
- Conduct daily and monthly control activities, preparing reports for monthly governance reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams and business line SPOCs for seamless workflow execution.
- Maintain a high level of autonomy (50–60%) in performing assigned finance and procurement tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: B.Com or equivalent graduate degree.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
