Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct Know Your Client (KYC) analysis for Funds, Mandates, and Asset Managers.
- Collect and verify required KYC documents from public and private data sources (Markit, Registries, etc.).
- Collaborate with Business Lines (BL) to ensure completion of missing KYC requirements.
- Maintain compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Adhere to Societe Generale’s internal risk and compliance frameworks for client onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Global KYC compliance standards and customer due diligence policies.
- Knowledge of Funds, Asset Managers, and financial mandates.
- Experience with document sourcing from registries, fund prospectuses, and public regulatory databases.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Omgeo, Markit, and Country Registries.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
