They are seeking a Junior Tools Engineer/Admin with a strong interest in Azure DevOps, cloud technologies and various tools admin including scripting, integrating, creating reports/dashboards, etc. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of experience who are eager, tools-savy and able to manage various tools used in the department, automate various tools integration, and support cloud-based and/or on-premise deployments.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in configuring and maintaining tools within the department, explore & evaluate new tools, which will help the department to increase its efficiency and productivity..
- Develop and maintain automation scripts in Python and PowerShell for deployment, monitoring, and configuration tasks. Develop dashboards using Power BI or other tools
- Contribute to internal tools and utilities that improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in implementing security best practices in the environments.
- Monitor tool uptime and health; Manage user access and permissions; Perform basic troubleshooting and log checks; Validate backups and restore points.
- Document infrastructure setups, deployment processes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MCA / B.E. in Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong scripting knowledge, development of customized dashboards using scripts.
- Integrating multiple data sources using PowerShell/Python to create dashboards using Power BI, etc.
- Basic experience with Azure DevOps or any similar tools.
- Explore new tools by self learning.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Internship or academic project experience with Azure or DevOps tools is preferred.
- Awareness of DevSecOps and cloud security practices is preferred.
