They are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage product mapping for all customers, analyze customer renewals, and provide timely updates to the sales team. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in managing data through Excel and email communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Spreadsheet/ERP for data analysis, reporting, and record management.
  • Strong skills in professional email communication and correspondence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Fresher or 1 year of experience in customer account management or a related role.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

  • SLA Updates: Track and update SLAs, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
  • No-Support Customer Identification: Identify customers without support agreements and flag them for action.
  • Sales Team Support: Provide renewal updates and assist with product mapping, SLA updates, and trends.
  • Email Communication: Manage professional email correspondence on renewals, SLAs, and product mapping.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Use ERP Analytics to generate and share renewal and SLA reports.
