The Finance Executive – Billing is responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accurate invoice generation, timely billing, compliance with financial policies, and coordination with internal teams and clients to resolve billing-related issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process payroll-based billing invoices for clients
- Ensure accuracy of billing as per client contracts, rate cards, and service agreements
- Maintain billing schedules and ensure timely submission of invoices
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer support teams to validate billing details
- Handle billing queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all billing transactions
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to billing
- Assist in audits by providing required billing documents and explanations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and billing processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software (e.g., SUN System, SAP, Tally, Oracle)
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
