Job Description – Technical Support Specialist at Rockwell Automation

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will act as a customer-facing product expert, guiding users through their support concerns and ensuring they get the most value out of Rockwell’s SaaS solutions. Your mission is to help customers become proficient in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software)and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)systems, while collaborating with internal teams for continuous product improvement. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide solutions to customers.
  • Document customer concerns and solutions using a ticket tracking system.
  • Follow up on customer tickets and ensure timely resolution.

  • Share best practices with customers to increase ROI from Rockwell’s SaaS products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer success for EAM, CMMS, or B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel preferred).
