Team members work directly with customers to resolve issues and flag potential concerns. Using cutting-edge technology and sharp attention to detail, they help prevent financial crime and keep trust at the core of Revolut. They’re looking for a Phone Support Specialist to get to the bottom of fraud cases related to financial crime. You’ll think deeper to resolve cases, provide an outstanding customer experience, and ensure customer accounts are secure.

If you don’t see your long-term future in customer support, they put a lot of time aside to train you so you’re ready to join another team within the company if you decide to make a change. To support our 24/7 coverage, this role may include night and weekend shifts, which are fully compensated.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and live chat as part of financial crime customer support specialist positions
  • Acting professionally as the voice of the company in all customer interactions
  • Providing real, authentic human experiences to our customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive quick and effective resolutions through escalations and prioritisations
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer support processes
  • Assisting with other relevant tasks to strengthen financial crime prevention efforts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (C1+ level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 1+ years of experience providing customer support over the phone
  • 6+ months of experience in fintech/finance investigating or supporting customers with fraud-related topics (PV, ATO, APP)
  • The ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to managing your workload
  • Empathy and a commitment to customer satisfaction, aiming to resolve issues at first point of contact within work from home fraud support jobs
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required
