This role isn’t just about answering messages and comments quickly, this is about truly delivering “WOW” levels of service. They want fast acting problem solvers, not script readers. They’re a global fintech, so they have to be available 24/7. That sometimes means working nights and weekends. They’ll compensate you for night shifts, but they understand this still isn’t for everyone so please bear that in mind before applying.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Providing users with an outstanding customer experience across platforms
  • Collaborating with international teams to resolve customer issues
  • Managing the company’s Facebook, Twitter, and Trustpilot accounts
  • Monitoring and moderating the Revolut Community page
  • Representing the company publicly across user-facing platforms
  • Interacting with users via direct messages and assisting with product-related issues
  • Supporting both retail and business product inquiries
  • Switching between multiple social media platforms to manage engagement and responses

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English
  • Empathy and love for helping people
  • The ability to explain complex issues clearly and simply
  • Excellent communication skills

  • A self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Prior customer support experience
