Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring transactions and system health for Razorpay’s top merchants as well as the entire organization and alert relevant stakeholders whenever there is an issue with the system.
- Send communication and alerts during cases of incidents or anomalies in the system
- Collaborate with Internal teams as in when required
- Analyze the trends in the data and figure out trends and inferences
- Create Interactive dashboards for internal monitoring and metric consumption
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to work with large data
- Hands on experience with BI Tools if any and Data manipulation
- Knowledge of SQL is required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work 24/7 in shifts
