They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for system validation of hardware sensors, embedded systems, and HW components. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of electronics fundamentals, good academic history, and value-added scripting ability.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute system validation tests for hardware sensors, embedded systems, and HW components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system-level issues
- Develop and maintain test scripts using programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB
- Analyze and interpret test results, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement
- Participate in the development of test plans, test cases, and test procedures
- Work closely with hardware engineers to understand system design and provide feedback on testability and manufacturability
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in system validation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in system validation, preferably in the field of hardware sensors, embedded systems, or HW components
- Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals, including circuit analysis, digital logic, and microcontrollers
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, C++, or MATLAB
- Experience with scripting languages, such as Bash or Perl, is a plus
- Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify root causes of issues
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment, such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal generators
Nice to Have:
- Experience with automation frameworks, such as Pytest or Unittest
- Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as Altium or KiCad
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git or SVN
- Certification in a relevant field, such as Certified Test Engineer (CTE) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
