Roles and Responsibilities:

• Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths, and address development areas.

• Ticket Quality and deliverables review, Status Reporting for the project.
• I have adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management, and problem management.

• Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MBA with 1-3 years of experience
• Nice to have: SQL scripting experience, Power Query and Power Apps
• In-depth knowledge and a sound understanding of RDBMS systems, SQL, Business Intelligence, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in analytics and database querying tools
• Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights.
• Hands on experience in creating dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power BI
• Analyze data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making and able to convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide the timeline to accomplish tasks.
• To design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform efficient detailed analysis and experience using DAX queries and functions in Power BI
• Experience in creating charts and document data with algorithms, parameters, models, and relations explanations.
• Able to build visually stunning and interactive dashboards and able to manipulate and blend data to design dashboards and visualization.
• Experience in making technical changes to existing BI systems to enhance their functioning.
• Effectively communicate with project team members and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle (status updates, gaps/risks, roadblocks, testing outcomes)
