Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process and verify vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
- Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation
- Reconcile vendor statements, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues
- Review, validate, and code invoices with appropriate account/project codes
- Ensure timely vendor payments as per schedules
- Handle vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues
- Support month-end closing activities and reporting
- Assist in audits by maintaining proper compliance documentation
- Monitor and strengthen internal control procedures
- Meet SLA and KPI metrics consistently
- Contribute towards automation and process improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or financial accounting process
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Hands-on experience with ERP and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
