Roles and Responsibilities
- Support Budgeting & Forecasting activities across departments within PFG & PGS.
- Forecasting: Prepare rolling forecasts by analyzing business drivers and financial performance.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs Budgeted vs Forecasted) and highlight key insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with department heads and executives to collect financial data and support decision-making.
- Reporting: Create management dashboards, financial reports, and presentations.
- Process Improvement: Enhance and automate forecasting and budgeting workflows through best practices and technology.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Accounting—preferably in an offshore or corporate setup.
- Commerce graduate/postgraduate or CA/ICWA (Intermediate or Full).
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of accounting standards, variance analysis, and reconciliation processes.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
