About the Role – Software Engineer I (Python, LLMs & Statistical Modelling)
As a Software Engineer I, you’ll design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications within Precisely’s Data Integrity Suite. You’ll use your Python programming, statistical modelling, and machine learning expertise to analyze large datasets and create scalable, real-world business solutions. This role offers opportunities to collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver impactful, data-driven insights that support decision-making and operational efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Technical Architects and Principal Engineers to design and deploy scalable AI and ML applications.
- Develop and enhance the Data Integrity Suite platform using Python, Django, and cloud technologies.
- Apply analytical, statistical, and programming techniques to solve real-world business challenges.
- Focus on Location Intelligence and geo-spatial data analysis to create data-centric solutions.
- Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle—from design to deployment.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and code quality through testing and optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in software development or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative discipline.
- Strong skills in Python, Java, Django, and RESTful API development.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, including clustering, regression, and neural networks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS), DevOps tools (Jenkins, Maven), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in SQL and analytical libraries for data manipulation.
