Roles and Responsibilities:
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Gather and analyze wage market trends for market segments and specific projects
- Complete client pricing documents
- Establish company pricing strategy, utilizing the Pro-Forma to establish theoretical profitability
- Stay engaged in specific projects and provide support for on-going pricing refinements throughout the bid cycle
- Provide analysis that compares the theoretical pricing versus actual results.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role, specifically for commercial pricing for North America-centric organizations.
- Must be proficient in MS products, in particular Excel.
- Strong knowledge in financial matters, to include analysis of trends and data, financial modelling, and data base management.
- Must be familiar and comfortable in a deadline-driven organization.
- They will work with a team that has responsibility across the 3 time zones in the Continental US.
- Communications skills, verbal and written, are important.
- Familiarity with outside financial consults, specific to procurement strategies, would be a big plus as well.
