Job Description
The Executive – ASOC (Asia Pacific Security Operations Centre) will support and manage daily security operations, ensuring protection of the organization’s people, assets, and data. This position involves monitoring global alerts, responding to incidents, and maintaining critical security systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, crisis management, and communication skills while ensuring seamless collaboration with global security teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Monitor CCTV and access control systems (CCURE 9000) across multiple sites.
- Maintain an updated inventory of all security-related equipment.
- Ensure timely preventive maintenance and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
- Track and escalate faults in security gadgets and follow up for rectification.
- Generate and analyze access control system reports for investigations.
- Process and verify Photo ID badges, and maintain badge issuance records.
- Update and manage the lost, damaged, and resigned ID badge database.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security performance reports.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the security management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in GSOC/SOC operations.
- Hands-on experience in CCURE access control systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing security situations.
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborative and effective team player.
