Roles and Responsibilities:
- Scopes, designs, builds, deploys, and/or integrates solutions, leveraging comprehensive understanding to meet client needs effectively, ensuring optimal outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Implements strategic policies and selects methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve desired outcomes effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Represents organization professionally in both client and internal team interactions, fostering positive relationships and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, promoting trust and partnership.
- Executes software implementation deliverables including detailed design documentation, system build, configuration, and testing, ensuring adherence to project requirements and quality standards, fostering reliability and performance.
- Analyzes unique business, technical, and clinical client requirements, designing and implementing tailored solutions to address specific needs, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Acts as a client advocate, leveraging insights for feature requests and driving continuous improvement, fostering a collaborative and client-centric approach.
- Engages in complex issues requiring an in-depth understanding of organizational objectives and strategic direction, leveraging comprehensive knowledge to address challenges and drive strategic initiatives forward.
- Plays a key role in implementation projects and/or service teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing, contributing to project success and organizational growth.
- Creates thorough documentation for solutions to assist infrastructure support teams in providing effective support, boosting client satisfaction, and promoting knowledge sharing and teamwork.
- Implements rigorous configuration management and version control practices to uphold consistency and traceability, guaranteeing the stability and reliability of solutions.
- Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways, possesses complete knowledge of company products and services, utilizing this expertise to effectively address and solve complex problems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor’s in areas such as Infrastructure Support, Cloud Technologies, System Administration or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master’s Degree.
