Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, record verification, and policy validation in alignment with current business practices and Desk Manuals (HW/License/Cloud/Support Renewal/Education).
  • Identify queries on non-compliant requests and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve them by sharing possible solutions.
  • Work closely with upstream and downstream teams such as CDM, IB, Collection, and AR to address customer-related issues.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines including SOX and support both internal and external audits.
  • Constantly work to enhance technical and process knowledge; participate in assessment programs and updates such as LLC.
  • Meet defined KPIs including Input Quality, Output Quality, Efficiency, and Turnaround Time.
  • Demonstrate customer-centric behavior with a commitment to timely and effective issue resolution, contributing to financial operations quality management standards.
