Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain infrastructure for development, testing, and deployment of applications
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes
- Set up monitoring and logging systems to track performance and health of applications and infrastructure
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure infrastructure and deployment processes meet their needs
- Ensure infrastructure and deployment processes comply with security and regulatory requirements
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce risk of human error
- Optimize performance of applications and infrastructure to ensure efficiency and scalability
- Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and other relevant areas
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Technical Skills
- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
- Configuration Management: Ansible, Puppet, Chef
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- Monitoring and Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Splunk
- Scripting Languages: Python, Bash, PowerShell
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, CloudFormation
- Version Control: Git
- Security Best Practices: Knowledge of security best practices and tools for securing the DevOps pipeline
- Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams, Slack
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in DevOps or related fields
- Experience in DevOps roles with enterprise-scale impact
- Experience managing DevOps projects end-to-end
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
