Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collect employee comments and comments into a centralized dataset on a weekly basis
- Optimize collection process and methods for efficiency and accuracy
- Innovate and maintain automated sentiment and thematic coding of data
- Coordinate and develop employee insights reports
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Microsoft Suite experience including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting tight delivery timelines
- Python for Data Analytics & AI/ML: Hands-on experience in Python for data preprocessing, model training, and analytics workflows using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn
- Skilled in building automated pipelines for external data collection using Python and related libraries
- Proven to highly collaborative and consultative style
- Proven ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Proven to be an innovative thinker that works well in an ambiguous, growth environment
- Proven solid project management approach with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience deploying analytics dashboards and applications on servers using Flask/Streamlit frameworks
