Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for IT infrastructure and managed services.
• Monitor client systems proactively to detect and resolve incidents.
• Investigate root causes of technical issues and follow approved resolution processes.
• Handle support requests via phone, ITSM tickets, and chat systems.
• Perform maintenance activities including patching, configuration, and shift handovers.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline incident resolution and request fulfilment.
• Contribute to disaster recovery functions and process improvements.
• Share knowledge and document technical solutions to improve support efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of networking technologies: Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Virtual Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, routers, and Meraki devices.
• Familiarity with routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Experience in handling ITSM tools and following ITSM processes.
• Strong planning, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with a client-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computing or equivalent.
