Preferred Experience
- Strong understanding of cloud platform architecture, networking, and storage, especially Azure.
- Experience in cloud administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and services to ensure high availability and uptime.
- Manage and resolve support tickets within assigned shifts with timely follow-up.
- Respond to system alerts and incidents; escalate critical issues to L2 support when required.
- Provide 24×7 operational support as part of the L1 engineering team.
- Maintain and update knowledge base (KB) articles and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Communicate effectively with clients to collect required information and provide first-level support.
- Track escalations to ensure timely resolution by higher-level teams.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests with precision and adherence to SLAs.
- Deliver excellent customer service with clear communication and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of operational experience in a cloud environment.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS platforms.
- Familiarity with multi-cloud support in a 24×7 production environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external clients.
- Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively under minimal supervision.
- Passionate about continuous learning and innovation in cloud computing.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
