Job Description
As an HC & Insurance Operations Associate, you will be responsible for handling healthcare claim adjudication, ensuring accuracy in payments and denials, and maintaining compliance with insurance policies and client SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process adjudication claims and resolve payment or denial issues.
- Handle authorization, COB, duplicate, pricing, and corrected claims processes.
- Apply knowledge of insurance policy concepts like deductibles, copay, coinsurance, and exclusions.
- Complete assigned tasks within timelines to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and internal processes.
- Resolve complex claim issues based on company guidelines.
- Organize and prioritize workloads effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in claims adjudication or healthcare operations.
