Roles and Responsibilities
- Incident Analysis: Investigate production incidents and identify root causes in complex applications.

- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical or application support.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, PLSQL, UNIX scripting, and Python.
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, API management, and automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to big data, monitoring tools, and database management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of C#, Java, Spring Boot, Azure, and Cloud Services.
- Functional knowledge of FMCG, Market Research, and Big Data platforms.
