Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and validation processes in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
- Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve target-oriented objectives.
- Work across different shifts and manage workload efficiently under pressure.
- Assist in analysis and refinement of data and processes to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform all assigned duties with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail while supporting a US healthcare data processing job.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient written communication skills.
- Decent verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of US healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA, etc.).
- Ability to work in different shifts.
- Knowledge of data entry best practices and techniques.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Experience with data processing software, tools, and platforms is an added advantage.
- Any non-technical bachelor’s degree (BSC, B-Pharma, B. Com, BA, Nursing, Life Science, etc.).
- Experience: 0–3 years in any US Healthcare process such as Release of Information, Claims Adjudication or Adjustment, Medical Billing, RCM, etc., with healthcare document retrieval experience considered an advantage for a healthcare operations analyst career.
