Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Global Sales Operations team.
- Manage contracts, client entitlement data, and subscriptions using Salesforce & CPQ tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance within Salesforce systems.
- Assist with forecast updates, bookings attribution, and account transfers.
- Work on special projects and handle business-related requests.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth sales operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate degree with 0–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Contract Management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is required.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of CPQ tools such as Salesforce CPQ or Apttus (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
