Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of systems developed in C and .NET.
- Work with the team to investigate and resolve production issues and customer escalations.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for writing clean, maintainable code.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and engineers to deliver solutions.
- Learn and contribute to modernization efforts, including deployment processes and automation.
- Assist with small frontend tasks when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with C / .NET Core / .NET Framework.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming and software development principles.
- Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server or similar) and writing basic queries.

- Ability to work with at least a 4-hour overlap with the US (PST) Time zone.
