Roles and Responsibilities
As an Associate Analyst in Portfolio Management, your responsibilities include:
- Oversee planning and execution of large-scale projects within People Operations & Insights.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps across POI teams.
- Standardize documentation processes for consistency and accessibility.
- Act as a backup for ad-hoc roles ensuring project continuity.
- Support enablement and change management plans aligned with POI deliverables.
- Provide governance and planning for POI communications.
- Build templates, tools, and readiness checklists for team-wide use.
- Track metrics and KPIs to measure portfolio performance.
- Identify potential risks and design mitigation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
