Merchandise Service Team (MST) is responsible to deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe and stocked with products their customers need. The MST Associate analyst is responsible for quality audit of the bays executed by MST team and support the strategy exeuction of Labour Capacity, Vendors and Field Merchandising Teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the MST teams at the stores while executing processes across Resets & Services.
- Work on the most recently executed resets, largest labour hour projects on auditing the reset execution.
- Partners with SSC – B (Bangalore) and SSC – M (Mooresville, US) teams
- Assists with troubleshooting while quality audit of the bays executed by MST team.
- Disciplined approaches to data policies, data quality, data management and business processes
- Owns the communication and progress updates on a daily basis for resets & services.
- Compliance to all Trackers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years of Experience
- Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
Primary Skills (must have)
- Understanding of Retail Industry (local or global)
- Strong communication skills – ability to comprehend, articulate and seamlessly communicate locally and globally
- Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office Application
- Secondary Skills (desired): Retail Experience
