As a Wintel Support Specialist at JCI, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing exceptional technical support to their users. Your primary role will involve troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues for Windows environments.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide level 1 and 2 end-user support, managing ticket queues and escalating issues as needed.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and related applications.
- Assist users with hardware and software troubleshooting via phone, email, or remote access.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions within the IT service management system.
- Participate in onboarding new users by setting up and configuring workstations.
- Assist in the maintenance and inventory of IT hardware and software.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve support processes and user satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0 -1 year of experience in IT support or a related field
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and common software applications
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively
Preferred:
- Familiarity with IT service management tools.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
