Roles and Responsibilities
As a Finance Analyst – Accounts Receivable at JLL, your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing bank deposits and applying payments accurately against tenant accounts.
- Reviewing tenant ledgers for short or excess payments and resolving discrepancies.
- Handling queries effectively, tracking pending issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinating with accountants and property teams for accurate payment application.
- Researching duplicate or erroneous payments and escalating unresolved cases.
- Assisting in training new employees and supporting process improvements.
- Preparing process-related and ad-hoc financial reports.
- Maintaining updated documentation for finance processes on a real-time basis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting fundamentals.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable process (Cash Application role preferred).
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional ethics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
