Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and empathetic Associate, Customer Excellence to join the Customer Excellence team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality operational support related to customer billing, issue resolution, and general inquiries while ensuring a professional and helpful experience for clients, supporting a billing operations associate role. You will be part of a frontline team within the Global Competency Center-HCL-Manila focused on providing first-class communication and maintaining long-term customer trust.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsibility 1: Manage the complete billing lifecycle, including creating accurate invoices, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining account records to achieve performance metrics such as billing and invoicing accuracy within accounts receivable support.
- Responsibility 2: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Global Operations, to align on customer account handling and ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
- Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards by documenting all collection activities in Oracle and following established delegation of authority guidelines for issue resolution and customer excellence operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer care, billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable, preferably within a shared service center or global organization.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as Oracle.
- Demonstrated capability in problem-solving and de-escalation, with the ability to identify root causes of disputes and implement effective solutions while preserving customer relationships.
- A College Degree or current student status with completion of at least 70% of a full academic program.
