- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Should be capable of handling customer queries through live chat in real time in both languages.
- Ability to manage 3 to 4 chats simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy.
- Address and resolve customer concerns effectively in both French and English.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers and Experience with proficiency in both French and English.
- Should be able to join immediately.
- Candidates who are pursuing their studies or serving a notice period are not eligible.
- Flexibility to work as per business requirements, including night shifts or graveyard shifts.
