Roles & Responsibilities
As a Junior Analyst in the FP&A team, your role will involve:
- Conducting daily audits of agent hours tracked in billing systems for over 200 clients.
- Identifying, documenting, and investigating discrepancies or errors in reported hours.
- Working closely with Operations leadership to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
- Maintaining detailed audit logs and tracking resolutions.
- Escalating significant variances to management with clear reporting.
- Generating reports on productivity, billable hours, and audit results.
- Contributing to process improvements and best practice enhancements in financial analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel*is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team.
- Previous experience in analytics, auditing, or call center roles is an added advantage.
