Roles & Responsibilities
As a Cyber Security Analyst at IDFC First Bank, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting hands-on Vulnerability Assessment (VA), Penetration Testing (PT), and Application Security checks.
- Participating in security architecture reviews to enhance system resilience.
- Supporting system and application integrations with the Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Monitoring network traffic to detect suspicious or unauthorized activity.
- Assisting in writing and configuring security alerts/rules.
- Supporting Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives.
- Conducting reviews of banking applications, network systems, and server infrastructure under supervision.
- Configuring security solutions as required for operational efficiency.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
- Work independently as an individual contributor with minimal guidance.
- Collaborate as a strong team player in cybersecurity operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation/Post-Graduation in Cyber Security or related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability testing, or security monitoring.
- Strong interest in risk analysis, application security, and security operations.
