Roles and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate leadership in innovative problem-solving techniques.
- Provide technical support and assistance to team members/customers.
- Perform services through call-based task management or team-based operations.
- Maintain strong knowledge of workstations, PCs, printers, and mobile devices.
- Report work status, issues, or concerns to IBM management/team members on time.
- Maintain professional behavior, communication, and appearance at all times.
- Deliver a full workload of technical services for IBM employees.
- Use diagnostic tools, support centers, and reference materials effectively.
- Determine problems using diagnostic tools, test equipment, and documentation.
- Diagnose hardware/software malfunctions accurately and quickly.
- Document all issues in a complete and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software installation, migration, and system operations.
- Suggest improvements for service processes when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
- Mobile device handling skills.
- 2+ years of experience with Windows, Red Hat Linux, MacOS, and iOS.
- Experience supporting Outlook, MS Office, MS Teams, OneDrive, Box, and Windows.
- Strong knowledge of system configuration and network connectivity.
- Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively.
- Minimum 2 years of Windows support experience.
- Professional problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach.
- Active listening and adaptability to customer needs.
