Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, validating, and organizing financial and operational data from multiple sources while integrating predictive data modelling techniques into routine assessments.
- Support development of dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement supported by data-driven workflow enhancements.
- Collaborate with global finance and IT teams to maintain data integrity and support automation initiatives.
- Contribute to scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis under guidance from senior team members.
- Help document processes and participate in continuous improvement projects for data and analytics workflows.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Required bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Must have 0–3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and FP&A processes.
- Should have interest in automation and emerging technologies (AI/ML) in finance.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
