Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B. E /B. Tech/ B. Sc. in Computer Science and IT
- Min 60% in 10th and 12th and min 65% or 6.5 CGPA in B.E/B. Tech till 6th semester
- No current backlogs
- Excellent Communication Skills and willingness to learn new things.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL is a plus.
- Good Presentation and documentation skills are a plus.
- Ready to work in a 24×7 environment (Mainly US Shift)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for service request/ incident management in 24×7 cloud operations
- Responsible for Mailbox / ITSM ticketing tool management
- Responsible for CSP Customers & subscriptions
- Responsible for handling On-Call duties
- Contributing to internal process improvement.
