As an Associate Automation Engineer, you will work on developing and maintaining automation frameworks, creating test scripts with Appium and Selenium, and supporting top-tier global clients. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Write and maintain automation scripts for Android and iOS applications.
- Perform data capture, analysis, and create dashboards for reporting.
- Assist customers with automation and provide technical support.
- Build tools to automate interactions with mobile UIs.
- Work with Appium, Selenium, Espresso, and XCTest frameworks.
- Develop and evolve production-grade web services and Python-based agents.
- Maintain automation test frameworks for continuous product quality.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to design effective test cases.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with precision.
- Ensure high-quality code standards across automation processes.
- Guide customers in maximizing value from HeadSpin’s automation platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in software QA engineering or automation development.
- Strong command of Python or Java programming.
- Experience with SQL/MySQL and Linux/Unix environments.
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, test automation tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with Appium (mobile) and Selenium (web) automation frameworks.
- Understanding of Android/iOS development environments.
