Roles and Responsibilities:
- Scale: As Headout expands, your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring that we can accommodate more customers by successfully linking our experiences with our suppliers, minimizing manual interventions.
- Solve: Take charge of identifying connectivity challenges, prioritizing them, and owning the solution from start to finish. Your efforts will significantly influence the experience of Headout’s customers and partners.
- Collaborate: Engage with individuals both inside and outside Headout to refine processes and troubleshoot challenges. This includes collaborating with our Market Managers, Engineers, Ops Managers, and Supply Partners.
- Analyze: Delve into reports centered on output and effort metrics, extracting insights that drive strategic actions to tackle pertinent challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-1 years in operations or as a business analyst.
- Technical Proficiency: A foundational understanding of SQL and Excel.
- Communication: Strong communication capabilities coupled with a history of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Data Analysis: Experience in dissecting data sets and crafting optimal solutions to eradicate the core issues.
- Reporting: Skill in generating reports on team KPIs and effort metrics.
Bonus
- Familiarity with diverse automation processes, like API Integrations, across various process modules.
- Hands-on experience with Google Sheets automation.
- Aptitude to work with vague problem statements and the ability to devise solutions backed by sound reasoning.
