Θ Positions: NOC Engineer
Θ Job Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide support for NOC operations and network monitoring in Linux environments.
- Deliver technical systems support and perform routine maintenance activities.
- Respond to and resolve user support requests within SLA timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation of support procedures and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with internal teams for projects and deployments.
- Support non-production systems, deployments, and system implementation plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of experience in NOC operations, network engineering, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Linux, SQL commands, and database concepts.
- Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring tools (Jira, Zendesk, etc.).
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and varied application portfolios.
- Knowledge of RHEL, VMware, SLES, and Windows server environments.
- Experience with SQL performance tuning and troubleshooting queries.
- Excellent communication skills for fast-paced, real-time service support.
