This opportunity is ideal for graduates, freshers, and experienced IT professionalslooking to build a career in Linux server management, system monitoring, and high-performance computing support.
Graviton trades across multiple asset classes and trading venuesusing advanced concepts like time series analysis, machine learning, stochastic models, and statistical inference. As a Support Engineer, you’ll be working on cutting-edge systems that process terabytes of financial market data, ensuring stability, uptime, and operational excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities
- System Monitoring & Incident Response:Monitor and respond to alerts across dashboards (Grafana, Icinga) to ensure system stability and uptime.
- Troubleshooting & Operations:Handle Linux server issues, including performance, networking, and process failures.
- Collaboration & Documentation:Participate in root cause analysis (RCA)for incidents; maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and operational checklists.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, cloud infrastructure standards, and financial data handling protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience with Shell/Bash command-line and scripting
- Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools(Grafana, ELK, Icinga)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)preferred
