Roles and Responsibilities:
- Draft appropriate responses for client due diligence, transaction monitoring, and regulatory requests.
- Carry out conflict searches, assess findings, and advise on implementing suitable safeguards.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of anti-money laundering and financial crime regulations, along with a comprehensive understanding of client due diligence requirements.
- Manage MIS activities and perform data collation.
- Maintain awareness of potential red flags related to clients and work types across the customer landscape and jurisdictions within the geography.
- Work towards driving process improvements and supporting key initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate: B. Com / BBA
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Relevant work experience, preferably within the Banking or ITES industry, supporting a AML KYC process associate position.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in Banking or Insurance.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and through emails with business stakeholders, suitable for a KYC analyst operations role.
