- Process cash application functions and ensure Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR) completion accurately.
- Identify and resolve unapplied or unidentified cash within timelines.
- Manage customer queries, coordinate between departments, and reconcile invoices and orders.
- Validate credits or debits and ensure accurate adjustments in customer accounts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
