As a Workforce Management Real-Time Analyst (WFM RTA), you will be responsible for ensuring smooth call center operations by monitoring call volumes, agent availability, and workload distribution in real time. This role involves data-driven decision-making, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, and collaborating with teams to optimize efficiency.
