Roles and Responsibilities

  • Threat Monitoring & Surveillance
    • Monitor security systems such as CCTV, access control, alarms, and incident management tools.
    • Utilize advanced platforms like Genetec, ServiceNow, Ontic, and Everbridge for integrated threat analysis.
    • Identify potential risks, anomalies, and suspicious activity and escalate them appropriately.
  • Incident Response & Escalation
    • Serve as the first responder for incidents in accordance with global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Escalate issues to internal stakeholders and dispatch ground security teams when required.
    • Maintain precise incident logs and assist in investigative documentation.
  • Emergency Operations
    • Support fire, evacuation, lockdown, and medical emergency protocols.
    • Collaborate with emergency services to ensure timely and effective responses.
  • Technology Oversight
    • Perform daily system health checks for CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
    • Report and coordinate with technical teams to resolve equipment or software faults.
  • Intelligence & Reporting
    • Track regional and global security threats and generate actionable intelligence reports.
    • Prepare detailed incident and trend analysis reports for management and compliance teams.
    • Conduct video retrievals, badge audits, and analytical investigations.
  • Communication & Coordination
    • Handle both emergency and non-emergency calls with professionalism.
    • Liaise with global security teams, corporate executives, and local law enforcement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education
    • Graduate in Security Management, IT, Criminology, or related discipline.
    • Certifications such as CPP, PSP, APP (ASIS) will be an added advantage.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year in GSOC or Command Center operations.
    • 2+ years in monitoring-based or customer service operations preferred.
    • Prior work experience with multinational clients is a plus.
  • Technical Skills
    • Hands-on experience with security platforms such as ServiceNow, Genetec, Everbridge, Ontic, and Microsoft Office 365.
    • Familiar with security equipment: CCTV, access control, alarms, and FACP panels.
    • Strong data analysis and incident reporting abilities.
  • Language Skills
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
    • Knowledge of Hindi preferred.
    • Proficiency in the local language of the posting location required.

  • Work Environment
    • Shift Pattern: Rotational (24/7, including weekends and holidays).
